Question 1

How do I create a natal chart?

Accepted Answer

Sign in, go to the "Charts" section and click "New chart". Enter your date, time and place of birth — the chart will be calculated in a few seconds. If you do not know your exact birth time, leave the field empty: we will use the default and mark the houses as approximate.

Question 2

Can I create several charts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can create charts for yourself, your family, friends and clients. Each chart is stored in your account with its own interpretations, compatibility analyses and forecasts. The number of charts is not limited by the plan.

Question 3

How does the compatibility analysis work?

Accepted Answer

We compare two natal charts: the positions of the planets, the interaction of the elements, the aspects between the charts (synastry) and the composite chart of the couple. The result describes attraction, emotional compatibility, friction points and growth areas for the pair.

Question 4

What is Astromir?

Accepted Answer

Astromir is an astrology service that calculates your natal chart and prepares personalized interpretations. We combine precise ephemeris mathematics (Swiss Ephemeris) with AI analysis, so you get a clear text about your character, talents, relationships and life periods — not just a set of symbols.

Question 5

How does AI astrology work?

Accepted Answer

We calculate the exact positions of the planets at your moment of birth using Swiss Ephemeris — the same library professional astrologers use. The resulting chart data (planets, houses, aspects) is then passed to an AI model, which turns it into a readable text in plain language. The AI does not invent positions — it interprets numbers we already computed.

Question 6

How accurate are the predictions?

Accepted Answer

The astronomical part is exact: the positions of the planets are calculated to within a fraction of a degree. The interpretation is entertainment and self-reflection material, not a scientific forecast or medical, legal or financial advice. Treat it as a tool for thinking about yourself, not as a guaranteed prediction of events.

Question 7

How do I become a partner?

Accepted Answer

Open the "Partners" page in your account, get your referral link and share it. Anyone who follows your link and makes a purchase is credited to you. No application or minimum audience is required.

Question 8

How much can I earn?

Accepted Answer

You receive a percentage of every payment made by users you referred. The exact rate is shown in your partner dashboard. Earnings depend only on how many active users you bring — there is no upper limit.

Question 9

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawal requests are created in your partner dashboard. Once the minimum amount is reached, submit a request and specify your payment details. We process requests manually, usually within a few business days.

Question 10

What payment methods are available?

Accepted Answer

For customers in Russia we accept bank cards via YooKassa. For international customers we accept cards and other methods via our international payment provider, as well as cryptocurrency. The available methods are selected automatically based on your country.

Question 11

How does the balance work?

Accepted Answer

You top up your internal balance and spend it on interpretations, compatibility analyses, personal questions and other services. Each purchase is shown in the transaction history. The balance does not expire and is not tied to a subscription.

Question 12

Is there a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the PRO subscription gives unlimited access to interpretations, daily forecasts, the chat with an astrologer and other features. You can subscribe weekly, and you can cancel at any time — access remains until the end of the paid period.
