Services are digital and are delivered immediately after payment via the account area on the website. Materials are provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

3. Disclaimer

Important: astrology is not a science. All interpretations are for entertainment purposes only. Do not use the Service’s materials to make important life, medical, legal or financial decisions.

4. Pricing, payment and refunds

Prices are shown on the website in the Pricing section and in your account. Payment is made by bank card, via other methods available in the payment interface. The service is deemed rendered at the moment access to the result is provided in your account.

• A refund is available if the service was not delivered for a technical reason (for example, payment succeeded but access was not provided).
• To request a refund, email support@astromir.pro stating the date, payment amount and a description of the issue.
• Requests are reviewed within 10 calendar days. Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment.
• If the digital result has already been delivered and access granted, refunds are issued by mutual agreement.
