Public Offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer (the "Offer") made by self-employed Chenkov A.M., INN (Tax ID) 100123755082 (the "Provider"), and sets out all essential terms for the services of the Astromir service available at astromir.pro (the "Service"). Acceptance of the Offer means any of the following: registering with the Service, placing an order, or paying for services. Upon acceptance the User is deemed to have read the Offer and accepts its terms in full and without reservation.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Provider grants the User access to the Service's digital services: natal chart calculation, automated (AI-assisted) interpretation of astrological data, personal horoscopes, compatibility analysis, numerology and other calculations. Services are provided exclusively in electronic form via the Internet, without any physical medium. The result is delivered to the User in the account area on the website or in a connected messenger.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The contract between the Provider and the User is deemed concluded once payment is received. The User confirms that before payment they have reviewed the description of the services, their price and these terms. The Provider may refuse to provide services without explanation, refunding the amount received in full.

4. Price and payment

Current prices are shown on the website in the Pricing section and in the User's account, and form an integral part of the Offer. The Provider may change prices unilaterally; changes do not apply to services already paid for.

• Payment is made by bank card and other methods available in the Service's payment interface.
• The User's payment obligation is fulfilled when the funds are credited to the Provider (payment confirmed by the payment provider).
• Services are provided without a cash register in accordance with the special tax regime for self-employed persons (Russian Federal Law No. 422-FZ, "Professional Income Tax").

5. Delivery of services and refunds

The service is deemed fully and properly rendered at the moment the User is granted access to the result in their account (or its display in the Service), regardless of whether the User actually used that access.

• A digital service is deemed rendered once access to the result is granted. Refunds for a digital service actually rendered are made in cases expressly provided by law.
• A refund is issued if access to the result was not granted for a technical reason on the Provider's side and the Provider did not remedy it within 3 (three) business days of the User's request.
• To request a refund, the User emails support@astromir.pro stating the date, payment amount and a description of the issue. Review time is up to 10 (ten) calendar days.
• Refunds are made using the same method used for payment, net of payment provider fees where such fees were actually incurred by the Provider.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is informational and for entertainment purposes. Astrology is not a science, and the calculations and interpretations are not predictions, advice or guarantees that any events will occur. The results may not be used as medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. The User makes decisions based on the Service's materials independently and at their own risk. The Provider is not liable for direct or indirect losses, lost profits or moral harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. In any case, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the relevant service.

7. Technical limitations and availability

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running, but does not guarantee the absence of technical failures, interruptions, errors or inaccuracies in automated calculations. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Provider may perform maintenance, change functionality and the scope of services, and suspend access to the Service. Certain results are generated automatically using third-party language models and may contain inaccuracies.

8. Intellectual property

All results generated by the Service are provided to the User for personal, non-commercial use. The User may not copy, distribute, publish or resell the Service's materials for commercial purposes without the Provider's written permission.

9. Changes to the Offer and dispute resolution

The Provider may amend the Offer unilaterally. A new version takes effect when published on this page; the current version is always available at astromir.pro/offer. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new version. All disputes are resolved through negotiation; a pre-action claim is mandatory, with a response time of 10 (ten) business days from receipt by the Provider.
