1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the 'Policy') defines the procedure for collecting, processing, storing and protecting personal data of users of the Astromir web service (hereinafter — the 'Service'), located at astromir.pro.

The personal data operator is the Service administration (hereinafter — the 'Operator'). By using the Service, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please refrain from using the Service.

The Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 'On Personal Data' and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection.

2. What Data We Collect

Depending on the method of registration and use of the Service, we may process the following categories of personal data:

2.1. Registration and Authorization Data

Registration in the Service is possible through third-party authorization services (OAuth). Depending on the chosen login method, we receive:

• VK ID: user ID, first name, last name, profile photo (within the scope provided by VK according to user privacy settings)
• Yandex ID: user ID, name, email address (within the scope provided by Yandex)
• Telegram: user ID, name, username (when using Telegram Web App or authorization widget)

We do not receive or store your passwords from third-party services.

2.2. Data for Service Provision

• Date, time and place of birth — required for building the natal chart and generating personal interpretations, horoscopes, compatibility calculations and numerological analysis
• Name and gender — used for personalizing interpretation texts
• Question texts — when using the 'Ask the Astrologer' feature, the user can ask a free-text question, which is processed to generate a response

2.3. Service Usage Data

• History of created natal charts and interpretations
• Transaction and payment history
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, cookies, session data

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

We process personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Registration and identification of the user in the Service
• Building the natal chart and generating personalized interpretations
• Calculating compatibility between two natal charts
• Generating a personal horoscope based on transits
• Conducting numerological analysis
• Processing payments and maintaining transaction history
• Improving the Service and fixing errors
• Complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation

4. Special Data Categories

The Service provides interpretations on various topics, including those touching on health, career and personal relationships. Please note:

• Interpretations are for informational and entertainment purposes and do not constitute medical, psychological, financial or other professional consultations
• Health topic interpretation texts do not constitute a diagnosis and do not replace consultation with a doctor
• Career and Money topic interpretation texts are not investment recommendations
• We do not classify astrological data as special categories of personal data (Article 10 FZ-152), as they do not contain information about health status, political, religious or philosophical beliefs

5. Processing of User Texts

When using the 'Ask the Astrologer' feature, the user enters arbitrary text. This text:

• Is transmitted to the language model (AI) to generate a response in the context of the user's natal chart
• Is not used for model training
• Is stored in the user's interpretation history for repeat viewing
• Can be deleted by the user upon request

We recommend not including data that can identify third parties, as well as sensitive information unrelated to the purposes of the Service, in question texts.

6. Data Storage and Protection

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution:

• Data encryption during transmission (TLS/SSL)
• Data storage on secure servers located in the Russian Federation
• Limited access to personal data (authorized personnel only)
• Regular backup
• Hashing of authorization tokens

Personal data is stored for the duration of the user's account. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except for data that we are required to retain in accordance with the law.

7. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• Payment Systems — data is transferred to the payment provider to the extent necessary to carry out the transaction. We do not store bank card data
• Language Models (AI) — astrological chart data and query text are transferred to generate interpretations and answers to questions. Personally identifying data (name, contact details) is not transferred
• Legal Requirements — upon request of authorized state bodies in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation

8. Cookies

The Service uses cookies for:

• Maintaining the authorization session
• Saving user settings (theme, language)
• Service usage analytics

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, however this may affect the functionality of the Service.

9. User Rights

In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, you have the right to:

• Obtain information about which of your personal data is processed by the Operator
• Demand clarification, blocking or destruction of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending a corresponding request
• Demand deletion of all data and the account
• Appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court

10. Age Restrictions

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data of persons under this age. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with their personal data, please contact us for its removal.

11. Changes to the Policy

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version of the Policy with the date of the last update is always available at astromir.pro/privacy. Continued use of the Service after changes means your agreement with the updated Policy.
